I had purchased two of these jackets in two separate orders but returned both together in one package to save on shipping costs. I made sure to separate each order inside the package attaching its respective packing slip so the warehouse knows which order to process the refund to. Columbia processed a refund for one jacket but not the other on March 13. Countless phone calls and emails later I am still waiting for my refund today, March 25, and the supervisor cannot even confirm receipt of the jacket even though they received and processed refund for the other item from the same package !
